We are a research-led non-profit organisation committed to equipping artisanal and small-scale miners in Ghana and beyond with essential Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) skills and knowledge to reduce risks on mining sites and protect the environment. Through evidence-based training, field demonstrations, and community engagement, we help miners adopt mercury-free technologies and environmentally-friendly methods for sustainable mining practices, while championing the empowerment of women across the ASM value chain.
